We do not send promotional information by text. To send personally requested information by text or reply to your text message, we are required to be 10DLC compliant and provide this statement: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Continuing Education
Some licensing and credentialing boards requiring you to earn continuing education credits may also require us to submit reports confirming your earned continuing education credits when you apply to earn those continuing education credits with us.
Updating Your Information
Customers may update their contact information anytime by logging into the CustomerHub portal. Customers and potential customers can also update their contact information by contacting the Registrar Desk via email, phone, or text.
Security
Your information is received, stored, and transferred using industry-standard encryption technologies and housed at the secure servers of our vendor partners, Keap, CustomerHub, Authorize.net and through a secure https portal. Our website is hosted by a secure server at Network Solutions.
Customer to customer communication
When a customer voluntarily shares their information with another customer, for example, their contact information, for example, for practice coaching or other kinds of communication intended to be mutually beneficial, the customer assumes responsibility for that information and understands that giving another customer their information is a transfer of information for which we are not responsible.
